The first planed city Jaipur is located in the deserts of Rajasthan. This is the city of natural beauty and Royal history. Amber Fort
Amber Fort is located at the top of the hill. It is a combination of Hindu-Muslim architecture.
Once it was the home of royal Rajpur families. It is made up of red sandstone and marble stone having a number of breathtaking palaces including halls, gardens, and temples.
Afternoon visit
Hawa Mahal
Hawa Mahal is a marvelous piece of architecture. Built by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh this place is also famous as palace of winds or palace of the breeze. This is a five storied pyramid shaped building having 900 small windows. These windows called as Jharokhas which was built to enjoy the seeing procession of the streets by the women of royal families.
Jantar Mantar
Jantar Mantar is one the most visited and famous tourist attraction of Jaipur city. The most striking feature of this monument is that various scientific values of the instruments placed here. It is a “calculation instrument” which is made up of stone and marble.
City Palace
Nestled in the heart of Jaipur, City Place is constructed by Sawai Jai Singh. It is a complex of many beautiful structures and a great blended form of architecture. It houses Chandra Mahal, Diwan-e-Khas, Diwan-e-Aam and many other.
Albert Hall Museum
This beautiful Indo-Saracenic architecture museum was built when prince Albert of England visit Jaipur with his consort in 1876. This museum having an amazing collection of metal ware, lacquer work, jewelry, textiles, oil and miniature paintings and many more. Later drive through this Pink City’s business and residential areas.
